Before I forget this I wanted to write it down here...

I was in some kind of game/contest/adventure only it was real. The dream started when I had supposedly finished it, only if I had done something differently the person I'd just dealt with would have told me where something was that I'd really want to find to continue. I hadn't done that, but I went through his bag and somehow tricked things into thinking I'd done it right and got the address when I turned on his Palm Pilot (Something like 255 W. 18th St. which I thought of as a NY address and a few blocks drive away).

I went back to the place (some big motel/shopping mall type place) and people were saying it was over and I said "It's not over yet!:)". I went out looking for my car in the parking lot and was having a lot of trouble finding it and "remembered" I had come in another way around the back and had to find my way there through the buildings, which were complicated (I had a bunch of memories of the trip in then). So I went looking and along the way got a little help from Angel (yes, Buffy's Angel) who I'd run into on my way in when he was having lunch with Darla. At some point I had to leave the bag with the Palm Pilot somewhere to keep it safe but I kept repeating the address to myself to memorize it.

I'd finally found my car when I woke up. The dream seemed to go on for a long time, and seemed real while it was going on.

Hmm. I rarely remember my dreams anymore. This one's so elaborate it's almost enough to get story ideas out of:). It would be so nice if the ideas would come back and I could start writing again! It's been a long time.
