Apparently Idaho are planning on slaughtering 3 out of 4 wolves, supposedly to help the Elk population, and it sound like the wolves are very likely not even the problem. I was talking to punkalicia about it and she suggested I post about it here. You can send a letter opposing this here:

I just feel bad for the wolves. Killing 3 out of 4 just seems wrong to me. And strangely enough I'm wearing my new Sonata Arctica t-shirt with a wolf on it today.

Hi. You don't know me, but I found your journal through the syn_promo page...I though you're icon was awesome...so I got curious.

I'm really glad I found this though...I am a HUGE wolf lover, so this makes me really sad and really angry. Thank you for spreading the word..and now I'm going to make sure everyone I know hears about it.

Hi! You're welcome! I'm really glad to hear that it got to you and helped spread the word! I love wolves too (and all animals for that matter) and I hate to hear about something like this happening! I guess I should try to post things like this more often! Of course first I need to start checking in and posting at ALL more often!:)
