Opening Night

sharanTonight is the night, my movie debut! A little over a year ago I won the Metal Rules contest on the Warner Brothers website and got to be an extra in it! That was fun. And now the day is finally here! I didn't go yet, though. I'm driving down near San Diego tomorrow to go see it with a friend of mine. I need to catch up on my sleep tonight anyway. It's been a long week and I'm still jet lagged from Worldcon. I did send out a mass e-mail letting people know about it:). I hope no one was upset by it. I really do need to keep in touch with people better:(. I get way too much e-mail and it's easy for me to get buried in it and not get back to people because I get busy.
My parents went to see the movie but couldn't find me. They thought I was sitting down but I'm standing up in the back against the wall next to some stairs, I think my mother just looked in the wrong place. She said the scene was short (it took 14 hours to shoot!) and the nightclub was smoky. I'm wearing my purple suede jacket, a purple shirt, and a purple and blue skirt, so hopefully all that purple will stand out;). I wore that to work today, minus the jacket (since it's too warm for that).
Well, the kitty's lying at my feet wondering when we're going to bed so I think I'll listen to him:).
