While I was walking on campus yesterday trying I figured out what that (should) stand for: Federal Emergency Management (or as my roommate said mis-management) of Ass-covering.

You were right, we did have to sign up to read the first article, but the second one was easy enough to get to. James is staying with me until I leave town. I'm trying to help him build a vocabulary and this article is filled with words he won't know. So just on that, it's a great article. He will not be pleased and I will be overjoyed in torturing the little blond boy with learning. Big thanks for the article!
