Homework

For homework, I have to play The Sims 2 and get my characters to have a baby. What an incredible hardship;). Don't you just feel sooooo sorry for me?;)

The only problem is I had to uninstall University. I need to get my desktop stable again so I can put that on there. We all got free copies of the game, so I can use my dvd version on that machine.

... you got a free copy of university... to keep?

No, not University, just the regular Sims 2. It's the CD-ROM version (the one I bought was on DVD-ROM) so I just uninstalled everything and installed the one they gave me, since they seemed to want everyone to have the exact same thing. I did back up the directory with the saved games first, at least:). I'm going to stick the old one with University (and Nightlife when that comes out) onto my desktop once I install the new network card that will hopefully fix my crashing issues on that thing!

We're actually going to be creating our own expansion pack for The Sims 2 in class, which should be a lot of fun!

BTW, I think the games are to keep:). The class is sponsored by EA/Maxis. Although we can only actually program for it while we're in the class.

I suppose setting them on fire gets you an F?

That would be SUCH a hard class for me.... ;)

;)

Actually, when everyone was trying out the game today he told everyone to come up with some kind of goal for the character, and apparently killing them or setting them on fire WERE totally legitimate goals;).

I actually restored an old backup of my game once my only character died alone as an elder, electrocuted while fixing her computer of all things;). It was pretty sad.
