Life on the Cutting Room Floor

Well, I went to see it last night. Great movie, and it was weird seeing it knowing what happened and having actually BEEN there for several scenes. I won't know for sure until I can freeze-frame the dvd, though, but it looks like I got cut:(. At the end he walks over to her and the scene cuts out JUST when he was about to walk past me! Damn, that's frustrating. They cut that scene down a lot. I guess it was part of cutting down the romance aspect when I heard somewhere they were doing. There was also one short shot in one of the concert scenes where they showed the general area of the audience I was in at that Metal Rules festival where all those scenes were filmed. MAYBE with pause on a dvd I can pick myself out, but it would be tough.

Well, it's a little disappointing but I can always hope there's a director's cut on dvd and I make that one;). But it was still great to see, and it's nice to know I almost was in a GOOD movie!
